Your Role

As an Enterprise Architecture Director/Senior Manager at Capgemini Invent, you

will lead and grow our

Enterprise Architecture offering within the Middle East Business Technology Team. You will advise senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs) on IT strategies, enterprise-wide architecture frameworks, and digital transformation roadmaps.


Beyond client delivery, you will shape our internal capabilities, developing methodologies, frameworks, and go-to-market approaches in Enterprise Architecture. You will contribute to business growth through thought leadership, client engagement, and mentoring of our consulting teams.

Your Profile

Client Advisory & Delivery

Advise clients on Enterprise IT Strategy and IT Master Plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives Define target enterprise architectures (cloud-native foundations, API ecosystems, data platforms, integration strategies) and transformation roadmaps Establish and oversee architecture governance models and Design Authority principles for large-scale transformation programs Provide strategic recommendations on emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, GenAI, IoT, Data Modernization) and their enterprise-scale adoption

Practice Development & Leadership

Lead the Enterprise Architecture offering within Capgemini Invent Middle East, shaping positioning and go-to-market strategy Produce thought leadership, develop frameworks, accelerators, and methodologies to strengthen Enterprise Architecture advisory assets Lead and coach managers and consultants, growing the Enterprise Architecture offer

Business Development

Contribute to Capgemini Invent business growth by shaping proposals, building CxO relationships, and leading client pitches Support opportunity qualification and solutioning for large digital transformation deals where Enterprise Architecture is a key differentiator

Your Skills and Experience

8+ years of experience in consulting and/or senior advisory roles related to IT Strategy or Enterprise Architecture Deep knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, ArchiMate...) Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, APIs, and enterprise data architecture Experience in advising C-level executives and managing strategic discussions with CIO/CTO/CDO stakeholders Strong track record in practice/offer development, thought leadership, and business development in consulting Fluent in English (Arabic would be an advantage) * Knowledge of the Middle East market is a strong asset
