Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior B2B Sales Professional to join our team. This position plays a critical role in selling du telecommunication Mobile & Fixed services to the corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle process, from prospecting to closing deals, and building a strong relationship with key stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Lead the direct sales process, including lead qualification, understanding customer needs, proposing suitable solutions, negotiating pricing, and finalizing contracts. \xc2\xb7 Achieve monthly targets, exceeding 100% consistently. \xc2\xb7 Maintain excellent customer service standards and meet qualitative targets. \xc2\xb7 Acquire MNP accounts 6k+ MRC. \xc2\xb7 Acquire new accounts for enterprise fixed services, including landline and internet connectivity. \xc2\xb7 Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure low churn. \xc2\xb7 Providing excellent customer service and handling customer complaints and inquiries. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 2-4 years of experience in corporate sales, with a focus on telecom sales. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English for effective client communication. Arabic and other languages are a plus. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and understand their needs. \xc2\xb7 Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. \xc2\xb7 Comfortable using technology, including CRM software, for effective sales management.
