Qatar

is seeking a qualified and experienced

ENT Surgeon

to join its growing team. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and offers a collaborative work environment with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck, performing surgical and non-surgical procedures, and delivering high-quality clinical care.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage ENT-related disorders including sinusitis, tonsillitis, hearing loss, voice disorders, nasal obstructions, and head & neck tumors Perform surgeries such as tonsillectomy, septoplasty, endoscopic sinus surgery, tympanoplasty, and other ENT procedures Conduct outpatient consultations and provide follow-up care to patients Interpret diagnostic tests including audiograms, imaging, and endoscopies Collaborate with other specialists and medical professionals for multidisciplinary care Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to documentation standards Participate in hospital-based clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives Educate patients and families about treatment plans, procedures, and postoperative care

Qualifications:

Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) Completed specialization in ENT (MS/MD/DNB or equivalent) Minimum of

3-5 years

of post-specialization experience as an ENT Surgeon Valid

QCHP license

(or must be eligible with DataFlow and Prometric completed) Strong diagnostic and surgical skills in ENT-related conditions Excellent communication skills and patient care approach Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
