Job Description

An ENT Specialist, or Ear, Nose, and Throat Specialist, is a medical professional who diagnoses and treats conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. In the UAE, the demand for ENT specialists is on the rise due to the growing population and increasing awareness of health issues related to these areas. The role requires a combination of medical expertise, patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive examinations of patients to diagnose ear, nose, and throat conditions.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Perform surgical procedures as necessary, including tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and sinus surgeries.
• Manage and monitor post-operative care for patients to ensure proper recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ENT treatments and technologies.
• Participate in community health programs to promote awareness of ENT health issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Provide emergency care for acute ENT conditions as needed.

Preferred Candidate: * Medical degree with specialization in Otolaryngology.

• Valid medical license to practice in Dubai, UAE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven experience in performing ENT surgeries.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
