Job Description

Conduct thorough examinations of the

ear, nose, throat, head, and neck

. Diagnose conditions such as sinusitis, hearing loss, ear infections, tonsillitis, balance disorders, allergies, nasal obstructions, thyroid nodules, and tumors. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (audiometry, endoscopy, CT/MRI scans, allergy tests, etc.). Prescribe medications for infections, allergies, vertigo, or inflammatory conditions. Provide treatment plans for chronic ENT conditions like rhinitis, sinusitis, or sleep apnea. Manage hearing aids, cochlear implants, and other assistive devices. Perform surgeries such as: Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy Septoplasty, sinus surgery Tympanoplasty, cochlear implant Head & neck tumor removal Thyroid & parathyroid surgery Tracheostomy and airway management Use minimally invasive techniques (endoscopic or laser surgery) when appropriate. Handle ENT emergencies like airway obstruction, severe nosebleeds (epistaxis), foreign body removal (in ear, nose, throat), and facial trauma. Provide counseling on

voice care, allergy prevention, hearing protection, and lifestyle modification

. Educate patients about long-term management of chronic ENT issues. Manage balance disorders and vertigo. Provide speech and swallowing therapy referrals if needed. Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, oncologists, and other specialists. Maintain detailed patient records. Keep up-to-date with medical advancements in ENT. Follow hospital/clinic protocols and ensure patient safety. Cosmetic nasal surgery (rhinoplasty) Snoring & sleep apnea procedures Facial plastic and reconstructive surgery
