We are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified ENT Specialist (Otolaryngologist) to diagnose and treat disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and surgical skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, larynx, mouth, and throat, including infections, allergies, and tumors. Perform surgical procedures such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, endoscopic sinus surgery, and cochlear implants. Evaluate and manage patients with hearing loss, balance disorders, voice issues, and sleep apnea. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as audiograms, CT scans, MRIs, and endoscopies. Provide post-operative care and monitor patient recovery. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Collaborate with audiologists, speech-language pathologists, allergists, and other healthcare professionals. Educate patients and their families on medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Stay current with medical advancements, technologies, and continuing education in the ENT field.
