Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and board-certified ENT Consultant to join a leading hospital in Dubai, UAE. This role requires strong expertise in Otolaryngology with proficiency across both surgical and non-surgical ENT care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellence in clinical practice, patient safety, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head and neck tumors.
• Perform advanced ENT surgeries such as tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplasty, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), microscopic ear surgery, laryngoscopy, and head and neck reconstructive surgery.
• Interpret diagnostic investigations including CT and MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic assessments.
• Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other medical specialists to provide integrated care.
• Conduct outpatient consultations and oversee inpatient care with evidence-based practice standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, departmental meetings, protocol development, and continuous medical education (CME).

Ideal Profile

• Board certification in Otolaryngology (American Board, Royal College, or equivalent).
• DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
• At least 5 years of post-specialization experience in a tertiary care or academic hospital.
• Proven track record in handling both adult and pediatric ENT cases.
• Strong surgical skills, diagnostic expertise, and effective communication abilities.
• Dedication to continuous professional development and patient-centered outcomes.
