The Tutoring Center, Meadows Village, is looking for an experienced tutor in the field of English, with a demonstrable track record delivering classes across students from KG to Year 6. Successful candidates will have worked with students to at least Year 6, and will also have experience working with students from an EAL/ESL background. At The Tutoring Center, we work to empower students to reach their academic potential through a customised curriculum and specialist tutoring methodology. With a focus on the core skills of English and Mathematics, The Tutoring Center is able to provide unparalleled support for students from the age of five years old and above. For this role, experience with the common curricula of the region (such as the International Baccalaureate and/or UK Curriculum) is advantageous. Experience in supporting students with Mathematics is advantageous. There is a full time position available - 48hrs per week - 6 days per week. Key Requirements:

• Experience in working across age ranges, including students from an EAL/ESL background.
• Able to run small intervention groups and 1:1 sessions for pupils who would benefit from additional support.
• Ability to plan and prepare lessons, contributing innovative ideas to further drive engagement and attainment.
• Ability to assess and fill gaps in curriculum knowledge.
• Proficiency with IT resources.
• Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Additional experience in one or more internationally examinable curricula is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• High school and Bachelors degree minimum in key subject (English), or education with key subject.
