The Role:

You will deliver captivating lessons that challenge students to think critically, express creatively, and engage deeply with the English languagexe2x80x94following the globally respected IB curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and deliver inspiring English lessons that captivate and challenge students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and motivating feedback.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive classroom environment that fuels confidence and curiosity.
- Encourage bold thinking, literary exploration, and effective communication.
- Take part in exciting extracurricular activities and special events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to innovate and share best practices.
- Keep accurate records of student progress and participate in parent-teacher conferences.

Requirements:
**Bachelors Degree in English, Education, or a related field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
**Proven experience teaching English, ideally within an IB curriculum setting.
**Exceptional classroom management skills and a genuine passion for inspiring young individuals.
**Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
**Deep understanding of IB principles and inquiry-based learning.

Qualification:
Minimum Qualification Requirement: M.Ed, B.Ed or a relevant Bachelor's Degree with a Teaching Qualification

Non-western trained teachers who have worked in an international educational institute before are NOT accepted
Remuneration Package
Salary Range:
A salary from 11,000 up to 15,000 AED (UAE Dirham) per month based on experience and qualification,
