DG Training and Development Institution is expanding and looking for a
qualified and passionate English Language Teacher
to join our team in Dubai. We are seeking candidates who are dedicated to delivering high-quality instruction and contributing to a supportive and professional learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging in-person English language classes for adult and/or young learners
Create and deliver lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
Use interactive teaching methods and appropriate learning resources
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Minimum Requirements:
At least
3 years of English teaching experience
Bachelor's degree
in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to work on-site in Dubai
Fluent spoken and written English
Knowledge of student-centered and modern teaching methodologies
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or other teaching certifications
Experience teaching
IELTS, PTE, or Business English
Ability to integrate technology and multimedia in lessons
Creative, adaptable, and passionate about education
Familiarity with multicultural learning environments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 18 - 24 per week
