Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate Certificate in Education or English. For non-native English speakers: Compliance with the KHDA IELTS mandate. MOE Educator's License is required. A minimum of 2 years' experience in an American curriculum school is highly desirable. Strong subject-matter expertise in English language and literature. Creativity, flexibility, and a passion for student-centered teaching. Proficiency in integrating technology and innovative teaching practices into the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons in line with the American curriculum. Foster an inclusive classroom environment that meets the diverse needs of all students, including those requiring special accommodations. Regularly assess and document student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining ongoing communication with parents and stakeholders. * Prepare and present reports on literacy outcomes, program effectiveness, and student achievement to the principal and other stakeholders.
