English teacher -Casablanca - Statut Auto entrepreneur

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and passionate English teacher to join our educational institution. As an English teacher, your primary responsibility will be to provide quality instruction to participants (Adults in companies), fostering their language skills and helping them develop a deep understanding and appreciation for the English language.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.

Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills to participants of various proficiency levels.

Create a positive and inclusive group environment that promotes active participation and participants engagement.

Assess and evaluate student progress through regular tests, assignments, and projects.

Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their English language abilities.

Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum experience of 3 years teaching kids and/or adults students

ESL certificate required

Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Relevant teaching certification or license.

Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.

Organizational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in using educational technology and digital resources
