We are a California-based company specializing in supporting the professional real estate community. Our ultimate goal is for our customers to harvest the benefit of a virtual assistant in order for them to open up time in their schedule so they can successfully focus their attention on productivity and real growth while increasing revenue. Assistanova is looking for marketing assistants who will assist Realtors in the marketing field.
This job is only for English speakers, the candidate will be working for Realtors in California.
Only accepting candidates from Marrakech.
A diploma in Marketing is not necessary.
The tasks are:
- Creating content on social media
- Sending Market/Area/Quarterly report
- Importing contacts on CRM
- Updating listings
- Designing flyers, brochures, and door handles
- Sending market snapshots to clients
- Running Ads
- Editing Newsletters and neighborhood letters
Before starting the job, candidates will be trained on multiple websites and software.
The training is paid.
The candidate requirements:
- Great level in English in speaking and writing
- Organization
- Creativity
- Teamwork
- Microsoft proficiency
