Position Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced English Proficiency Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching English as a second language and a proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver effective English proficiency training programs for individuals and groups - Conduct pre-assessments to identify the specific needs and learning goals of each student - Develop customized lesson plans and materials based on the students' level and learning objectives - Utilize a variety of teaching methods and techniques to engage and motivate students - Monitor and track students' progress and provide regular feedback and evaluations - Prepare students for the IELTS exam, focusing on all four language skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking - Stay updated on the latest developments and changes in the IELTS exam and adjust teaching methods accordingly - Collaborate with other trainers and team members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students - Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, or a related field - Teaching certification or qualification in teaching English as a second language (TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, etc.) - Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to non-native speakers - Proven track record of helping students achieve IELTS bands 8 or higher - Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken - Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format, scoring, and requirements - Familiarity with a variety of teaching methods and techniques - Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills - Passion for teaching and a strong commitment to student success Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
