We are looking for a passionate and dedicated

English Native Speaker Teacher

to join our nursery school team. The ideal candidate will create a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can grow, learn, and develop essential early childhood skills. The teacher will play a key role in building children's confidence, communication abilities, and love for learning through creative and engaging activities.

Location: Al-Ain

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, and social development. Create a positive, caring, and inclusive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and valued. Foster children's curiosity, creativity, and independence through play-based learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding each child's progress, behavior, and development. Observe, assess, and document children's learning and growth in line with the nursery's curriculum standards. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Encourage good manners, respect, and positive social interaction among children. Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Minimum of

2 years of experience

working with nursery or early years children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a genuine love for working with children. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multicultural and collaborative team. Immediate join preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
