Our client is seeking a professional and experienced Governess to assist with the education and language development of their 5-year-old daughter. As a Governess, the main focus will be on developing the young girl's English language abilities and social skills, while also acting as a positive mentor to improve her confidence, encourage independence, and help her develop into a well-rounded young lady. The girl attends school daily, and you will be responsible for assisting with schoolwork, after-school activities, and age-appropriate play. The family has an interest in Montessori, and they would like this approach to be used when promoting the child's development. The candidate: The ideal candidate will be an experienced Governess with teaching qualifications (PGCE/Montessori) and a background in psychology, which would be beneficial to your application. You should have previous experience in this age range, along with private household experience. This is a live-out position with separate accommodation provided. The working schedule is 6 days per week, working 8-10 hours per day, negotiable for the right candidate. The package includes a monthly salary of £3500-£4000, a 6-day working week, and flights and visa expenses covered. This is a great role for an experienced Governess with Montessori experience; a team player who is engaging and professional. The position offers a monthly salary of £3500-£4000, and the successful candidate will be required to start ASAP. International travel will be required, so flexibility is necessary.
