Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for an English Call Centre Specialist. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries in English, providing exceptional customer service, effectively communicating solutions to customer concerns, and managing call center interactions with professionalism and empathy. Additional duties encompass answering product and service-related queries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications



Strong English language skills, with experience in English Teaching or Translation Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities, including active listening and problem-solving Experience in Training or coaching for skill-building purposes is an advantage Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting Organized and detail-oriented approach to handling tasks and maintaining records Proficiency in using call center software and tools is an added advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, New grad
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: E19,000.00 - E37,000.00 per month
