English and French speaking full-time PA role in Dubai - FA4032 30th November 2022 eed_admin Jobs An Emirati family living in Dubai is seeking a PA to work with their family in Jumeirah, Dubai. The role: Key duties for this position will include: -Planning travel requirements for the family including but not limited to visas, flight, transport, hotel bookings and restaurant bookings -Preparing itineraries for the family during vacation and or business trips -Ensuring family visiting VIP guests are looked after in terms of airport greeting, transportation, hotel bookings, room checking restaurant reservations etc. -Researching and exploring various options for family requirements such as hotels, restaurants and other services requirements -Communicating with family members via email for any expense approval required -Coordinating pickups/ drop-offs with drivers -Managing household staff, including duties and timings -Arranging training for staff if required -Supervising house maintenance, eg. Pest control, water, electricity The candidate: The candidate should have fluent knowledge of both English and French languages. The right candidate will be well-experienced as a PA or concierge, and polished and friendly. The PA will be expected to be the family representative with external parties, and should act as such. The PA must be well organised and able to prepare schedules, checklists, etc. as well as having good common sense and a 'can do' attitude. The candidate should be computer literate and comfortable preparing Excel/ Word documents. The candidate should be hard working and always reachable on phone. The candidate should also be a team player within a fully staffed household. The offer and schedule: Salary of up to 22,000 AED (£5000) per month for the right candidate Separate single accommodation provided in Jumeirah Driver or car provided for transportation to and from work in Dubai All visas and travel expenses included Full medical insurance 7am-7pm with 2 hour lunchbreak 5-6 days per week 30 days holiday per year
