Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the hotel property
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and operational areas
• Inspect tools, equipment, and systems to ensure proper working condition
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and painting repairs
• Replace light bulbs, switches, sockets, air conditioning filters, and minor fixtures
• Support maintenance of kitchen equipment, plant rooms, and utility systems
• Apply lockout and tagout procedures before carrying out maintenance work
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory logs
• Identify safety hazards and report issues according to hotel procedures
• Support energy conservation and efficiency initiatives
• Use basic computer systems for maintenance reporting and temperature control

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in general maintenance or building services preferred
• Hotel or hospitality maintenance experience is an advantage
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle tools, equipment, and routine maintenance duties
• Commitment to safety, quality, and service standards
