Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guest rooms and public areas
• Inspect tools, equipment, and systems to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Perform basic repairs related to electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and painting work
• Replace light fittings, switches, outlets, air conditioning filters, and minor fixtures
• Support maintenance of kitchen equipment, plant rooms, and utility systems
• Follow lockout and tagout procedures before conducting repair work
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and inventory records
• Report safety hazards, faults, or unusual issues to supervisors
• Support energy conservation and equipment efficiency initiatives
• Use basic computer systems for maintenance reporting and temperature controls

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in general maintenance or building services preferred
• Hotel or hospitality maintenance experience is an advantage
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit to handle maintenance tools and equipment
• Willingness to follow safety, security, and quality standards
