Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across hotel rooms, apartments, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Inspect tools, equipment, and building systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, carpentry, and painting repairs
• Replace light bulbs, switches, sockets, air conditioning filters, and minor fixtures
• Support maintenance of kitchen equipment, utility systems, and plant rooms
• Apply lockout and tagout procedures before performing maintenance work
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory logs
• Identify safety hazards and report faults according to established procedures
• Support energy efficiency and equipment performance initiatives
• Use basic computer systems for maintenance reporting and temperature control

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in general maintenance or building services preferred
• Hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality maintenance experience is an advantage
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of handling tools, equipment, and routine maintenance tasks
• Strong awareness of safety, quality, and service standards
