We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Supervisor to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. As an Engineering Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing engineering operations, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance programs and projects.

Collaborate with the Engineering Leader to plan and distribute daily work assignments to engineering staff Develop, schedule, and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for various systems, including air-conditioning, electrical, refrigeration, and building maintenance Supervise team members, providing constructive feedback and ensuring safe work practices, efficient operations, and proper preventative maintenance Assist in preparing consumption reports on power, water, steam, and gas Oversee maintenance and repairs performed by contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, contracts, and agreed-upon fees Analyze work flows and propose improvements to increase efficiency Coordinate with relevant departments and inform the Chief Engineer of any service disruptions Implement innovative solutions to optimize engineering processes and reduce operational costs Foster a collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering field Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and maintenance procedures Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the engineering industry Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations as needed
