The Role

:

-Supervise and manage engineering and maintenance staff (including contractors), ensuring punctuality, quality job performance, and adherence to safety, fire, and hygiene policies. -Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, inspections, and reporting for equipment, villas, and common areas, ensuring timely completion to required standards. -Monitor and control operation of utilities (heat, light, power), materials usage, and requisitions, while maintaining accurate records and cost efficiency. -Support departmental leadership by motivating the team, assisting with training, ensuring professional appearance and workplace cleanliness, and performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications: -Open to Male Asian nationals, preferably 38 years old or below -Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar supervisory role -Strong leadership and team management skills, highly result-oriented, and committed to excellence -Computer literate, effective in communication, and fluent in both written and spoken English.
