Job Description

We are seeking a

self-motivated and hands-on Engineering Project Lead

to manage architectural metalwork projects from design through to installation. The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of driving coordination across office, site, and client teams to deliver high-quality results on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all phases of project execution--from design development to on-site installation Review and prepare CAD drawings, fabrication details, and technical documentation Identify and resolve design or site issues independently and efficiently Coordinate with clients, site personnel, designers, and workshop/fabrication teams Oversee site installations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines Track project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders Contribute to material planning, procurement inputs, and product development initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in metal fabrication, facades, or construction-related projects Proficient in AutoCAD and experienced in technical coordination Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
