Salesforce - Engineering Lead/Architect

Purpose of the role:

Salesforce Engineering lead to review technical solutions/reviews in alignment with product managers and technical offshore team for ongoing sprints.

Key responsibilities:

• Designing the technical solutions and sharing task to developers to implement accordingly.
• Discussions with QA team to get them understand with the new implementations to do their best testing with all the possible negative scenarios. To make sure that our implementation had no flaws.
• To make the system in more efficient manner, implementing the application with Salesforce standard features instead of going to custom solution wherever possible.
• Helping the internal users to understand the application where they have got questions/issues.
• Collaborating with development team everyday to assign the day-to-day activities and explaining them the accurate implementation practice.
• Code review and suggestions make sure that our code don\'t have any vulnerabilities and bugs as much as possible.
• Extensive knowledge on Web services and bidirectional Integrations with Sales force.
• Hands on Experience on Aura Frame work, Visual force, jquery, java script, AJAX.
• Hands on Experience on migrating classic components to Lightning.
• Proficient in Apex Classes, Triggers and Asynchronous Jobs (Batch, Queueable).
• Ability to design and implement Data migration strategies between legacy systems and Sales force.
• Adhering to Sales force best practices and governor limits and delivering efficient customizations.
• Hands on experience on developing Hybrid Remote applications on Android using Sales force Mobile SDK.
• Hands on experience on ETL Tools like Informatica Cloud, Talend, Jitterbit.
• Hands on writing Sales force Validation, Workflow and Process Builder rules.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within Salesforce.com.
• Establishing and implementing Sales force metadata migration strategies between connected orgs.
• Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
• Manage the integration of applications connected to Salesforce.com, including but not limited to Oracle ERP.
• Identify production risks and areas for improvement, prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
• Support the Business Operations team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Computers or Information Technology.
• 5-8 years of experience as Salesforce technical, hands on Experience on Aura Frame work, Visual force, jquery, java script, AJAX.
• Expert in integration with 3rd party systems - designing and implementation
• Expert in technical architecture of projects/requirements
• Demonstrated relationship building skills with management, colleagues and all employees among all locations.
