Comprehensive benefits package What You Will Do: Growing Artificial Lift market share by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business opportunities in EMEA region Technically support existing business in the region and be involved in failure analysis and solutions. Screening potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments. Builds key business initiatives and plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product leaders to identify strategies targeting growth. Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations Leads new growth and product ideas; and special projects that have cross regional or cross business implications. Develops processes and procedures to understand competition and input to market lead pricing propositions for designated areas. Advises and consults with internal business partners on business development initiatives and plans. Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. Presents business development reports to corporate leadership. Works with executive management to develop annual operational and financial budgets as they relate to organizational objectives. Knows and enforces compliance with all safety policies and procedures. Drives and contributes to the company's continuous improvement culture. Maintains confidentiality of all matters Position Details: To work directly with Geomarket team on the technical design and development of ALS strategies in developing fields Supporting business opportunities and growth in EMEA region Strong business acumen and strategic thinking

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or petroleum Engineer is preferable. 15 years Artificial Lift experience. Experience working in the region. Command of the English language, other languages preferable. Well-rounded Artificial Lift Experience. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Proficient Technical writing skills. Additional Requirements: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and collaborate at the leadership level. Strong math and analytical skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Thorough knowledge of customer relationship management systems and capabilities.
