• Manage engineering budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and services

• Supervise, train, and schedule engineering team members

• Ensure energy efficiency, asset protection, and equipment reliability
• Prepare reports, maintenance records, and operational updates for management

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience in hotel engineering or facilities management
• Prior supervisory or management experience required
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and safety standards
• Ability to lead teams in a luxury hospitality environment
