• Lead large Tech projects, including the design and deployment of new systems and services;

• Monitor and manage cloud (Azure and AWS) and on prem systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the infrastructure.

• Help define infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.

• Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for infra needs.

• Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes;

• Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software;
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal tech.

• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy;

• Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

• Work in managing the hardware infrastructure and networking including but not limited to Router, WAN, Firewall, IPSec Tunnels

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• 6-8 years of experience working in tech operations.

• Experience leading and managing large tech projects and rolling out tech infrastructures across various technologies.

• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems.

• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

• Excellent project management skills and a strong ability to prioritize.

• A firm grasp on tech infrastructure and operations best practices.
