About The Role
We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced professionals for the position of Engineering Manager - Civils & Stations. This role will oversee multidisciplinary design coordination and interface management across civil structures and station facilities within the UAE's first high-speed rail (HSR) programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering design review for civil and station packages.
- Coordinate between design consultants, client, and project delivery teams.
- Manage technical submissions, approvals, and design assurance processes.
- Ensure constructability, quality, and compliance with codes and standards.
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure or HSR design/delivery.
- GCC experience preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
