Job Title: Engineering Manager

Role Context: The Program Engineering Manager is a member of the Program Management Team and is accountable for the engineering work processes, Ways of Working, staffing and consistency in execution across the two projects. Furthermore, has the responsibility to provide overall technical stewardship for the projects and lead the development, execution, supervision, and coordination of all technical aspects of the Engineering work, safely, with quality and within schedule and budget objectives. The Program Engineering Manager is to also ensure that the customer criteria and scope of work are being met by all engineering disciplines

You'll be: · Leading all aspects of the engineering function, including customer liaison, coordination of technical meetings, and general project supervision and coordination. · Ensure flawless execution of both project across multiple execution centers (Casablanca, Madrid, The Hague, London/Manchester, and India) · Ensuring that the projects are adequately staffed utilizing both Worley as well as JESA resources · Work in close collaboration with the Program Management Team and the two Project Directors to deliver both projects within the set targets.

You'll have: · Has a strong understanding of cross-discipline work, interfaces, and sequencing. Well versed in project setup, instituting work processes, monitoring a team, execution, and closeout. Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content. Adept at budgeting and cost control. · Typically has 15+ years of relevant discipline experience and 5+ years in project leadership. Ability to operate under minimal supervision · Trained in leadership and project execution. Will be actively licensed with a local engineering governing body where required by law. · Experience in project management, risk management, quality, procurement, or construction execution.
