Engineering Manager – Automation
Job Description
Join our leading Engineering team in a dynamic role where innovation meets operations. We're looking for an Engineering Manager - Automation to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced industrial automation systems.
Location: Dubai
Department: Engineering
Salary: AED 25,575 to AED 28,915/month
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the automation team managing ASRS, AGVs, EMS, WMS, and in-house logistics systems.
-Drive innovation in IoT, Robotics & AI integration.
-Troubleshoot and program automation systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, etc.).
-Ensure compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and safety legislation.
-Deliver system upgrades and maintenance budgets aligned with strategic goals.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automation (Master's preferred).
-7+ years of industrial automation experience including leadership roles.
-Expertise in control systems, communication protocols (Profinet, Modbus, etc.), and regulatory standards.
-Strong analytical, multitasking, and team management skills.
