Engineering Manager
Job Description
're looking for an experienced Engineering Manager (also referred to as Technical Manager) with a strong background in aluminum facade systems to lead and oversee our design and drafting team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 20+ draftsmen and facade designers
Oversee all technical aspects of facade design, detailing, and coordination
Ensure design accuracy, compliance with specifications, and timely delivery of drawings
Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and site teams to align technical output with project goals
Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and materials
Provide technical support and leadership to the engineering team

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering
Proven experience in aluminum facade systems (minimum 8-10 years)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and facade systems
Previous experience supervising large technical teams in the UAE or GCC is preferred
