Partner with the best Engineering Manager will be responsible for the project control activity globally and drive consistent functional specifications and common global processes for projects implementation. Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer.

As a Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for:

Providing technical expertise and develops technical solutions (configuration, performance estimation, economics, etc.) as part of the pre-ITO (requisition) process while interfacing with the commercial team

Possessing a deep understanding of relevant markets and customer economic value that aid winning bid strategies

Developing annual plan for own unit and delivers data for the programs of encompassing units in the function or in the business and midterm plans

Developing new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations.

Working together with high level people from the business at SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done

Sharing knowledge acquired in concrete projects

Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will:

Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college

Have 10 to 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry

Have Customer Application Engineering (Quotations) and Order Execution

Have 5 years experience in Engineering management and client facing.

Have good technical knowledge of SPC Tools and services Products

Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs / projects

Demonstrate ability to lead programs/projects and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Have established project management skills
