FIRE7 LLC is A+ certified and approved by Civil Defense and Free Zone Authorities to install, maintain, and testify all kinds of Fire Protection Systems in Dubai, Sharjah, and Jabel Ali Free Zone.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Engineering Coordinator to oversee and manage the technical aspects of our interior fitout projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong AutoCAD skills and experience in coordinating engineering and design elements to ensure seamless project execution.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop and review design concepts, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards. Utilize AutoCAD to create and modify detailed technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, for interior fitout projects. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence. Conduct site visits to assess progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and timely delivery. Review and approve technical documentation and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Minimum of 2 years of experience in interior fitout coordination or Fire Fighting company, with a strong focus on engineering aspects. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is a must. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
