Responsible for coordinating the clerical & administrative aspects of each engineering projects in order to ensure smooth execution
Schedule customer's visit, record the minutes of meeting & even monitor construction activities
Prepared materials, purchase orders and invoices and forecast budgets to ensure financial conformation
Assist on research works on engineering projects, manage analysis and even compile necessary data for reports and generate reports
Manage filing system for every project and ensure that all information is available at all times
Observe signal lights on switchboards and dial or press buttons to make connections
Monitor the items especially the fast moving & make everyday inventory to assure stocks are available
Operate telephone switchboards and system to advance and complete connections including those for local, long distance, pay telephone and emergency calls
Monitor automated systems for placing collect calls and intervene for callers needing assistance
Promote company products, services, and saving plans when appropriate
Operate paging systems or other systems of bells or buzzers to notify recipients of incoming calls
