We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to support our engineering team in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between engineering, procurement, and project management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate engineering activities across departments to ensure project milestones are met
Maintain project documentation, schedules, and technical records
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to track deliverables and resolve issues
Assist in preparing technical reports, drawings, and documentation for client submissions
Monitor compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality procedures
Support procurement processes by tracking material submittals and approvals
Organize and facilitate engineering meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role within an engineering or technical environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment
