We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Engineer and Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this dynamic role, you will combine your technical engineering expertise with strong coordination abilities to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Lead and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engineering solutions Analyze complex engineering problems and provide innovative solutions Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and methodologies Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (specific field relevant to the company's focus) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in engineering and project coordination Strong technical skills and in-depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Outstanding organizational and coordination skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional groups Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices Familiarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement methodologies Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred * Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
