Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Engineering Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a third-party inspection company. This individual will be responsible for coordinating engineering-related activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and managing documentation and communication between clients, engineers, and project teams. The Engineering Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of inspection projects across various site.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day activities of engineering projects related to third-party inspections. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication. Schedule and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
Resource Management:
Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials for inspections. Assist in managing budgets and resources for ongoing inspection projects, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Monitor project quality by ensuring engineering inspections meet industry standards and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
Education:
Any degree
Languages:
Must know Hindi, Urdu and English.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in engineering coordination, project management, or a related field within the third-party inspection or quality control industry. Strong understanding of engineering principles, inspection processes, and industry standards. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project timelines
Other Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
