Conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure compliance with brand safety standards.
Manage Civil Defense license renewals and firefighting system inspections.
Coordinate emergency drills, safety training, and incident reporting.
Ensure compliance with Green Key and Journey to Tomorrow sustainability initiatives.
Lead environmental programs and maintain Green Engage data compliance.
Track AMC contracts, follow up with vendors, and prepare monthly maintenance reports.
Liaise with government agencies for compliance matters and support Deloitte 360 audit requirements.
Assist the Chief Engineer with ad-hoc projects and ensure timely completion.

Help guests needs to ensure their satisfaction
Use a maintenance programme to ensure the hotel is maintained and in service for our guests
Responsible business
Maintain and order parts and supplies whilst minimising waste and maintaining "green" initiatives
May be responsible for hotel security to minimise risk of theft, crime and other hazards
Ad-hoc duties - unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
Accountabilities
This is the Maintenance/Engineering job which may include one or more food or beverage outlets, and/or meeting space or catering/convention facilities. May supervise a small maintenance staff.
What we need from you
Proficiency in Arabic Language
Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Saudi National (mandatory)
Diploma or bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
Basic knowledge of safety standards and environmental compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
