Contract: 6 Months
This apprenticeship will offer insights and experience from working with the Asset & Property Management team at JAFZA.
This apprenticeship has a 30,000 AED compensation, paid out over 6 months, 5000 AED / month.
Expectations
1. Procedure: The participant should be aware of the mechanisms used by facility management to monitor the facilities within its responsibility, whether through maintenance schedule or client’s request

2- Inspection:
- Conduct on-site inspection of our facilities, which include civil engineering, fire safety, electrical, air conditioning and plumbing
- Discusses the inspection results with the facility team to insure understanding of compliance requirements
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure contractors adhering to our regulation and scope of work
- Prepare and maintains inspection reports, complaint investigation report, and documentation required to provide evidence of compliance or non- compliance
3- Review: conduct a review of the scope of work for facility management contract and ensure that all work is completed according to the scope
