Reports to - the Plant Manager Supervises - All Engineering & Maintenance Employees

Key Responsibilities: 1. Health, Safety and Environment (HSE): 1. Comply with all relevant HSE and Environmental directives, regulations, policies and procedures in order to operate and maintain equipment, facilities and processes in a safe manner 2. Include HSE considerations in the working practice; promote the safety and well-being of all personnel at the Plant through a high level of HSE awareness in the execution of duties and responsibilities 3. Communicate with management and fellow workers about the working conditions which could be considered as unsafe and, where necessary, shutdown any operation that is operating in an unsafe condition 4. Participate in training and education programs to manage health and safety risks, both on and off the job 5. Respond to HSE concerns raised by fellow employees, customers or the local community associated with our operations or product 6. Prevent pollution at the source wherever and whenever possible acting responsibly to conserve natural resource 7. Work to improve energy efficiency in existing operations and in new equipment and facilities

2. Human Resource Management: 1. Promotes and demonstrates strong values and work ethic with work colleagues 2. Fosters teamwork and harmonious work relations among work colleagues and leads by example in working with others 3. Encourages the generation of staff suggestions and communicates issues effectively 4. Proactively participates in development and training initiatives on the shift to improve knowledge of the plant

3. Functional: 1. Manages the E&M Department in strict accordance with Company approved E&M Policies and Procedures. 2. Manages and ensures that the KPIs for the E&M Department are met to achieve the operational targets. 3. Prepares, Manages, and Optimizes the E&M Budget, without compromising to the Maintenance programme for the plant. 4. Develop strategic plans for plant and equipment to ensure optimal availability for the operations group, including the planning of Plant Turnarounds and Plant Modifications. 5. Develop and Manage E&M Management and Technical programs for Personnel, Plant and Equipment to ensure operational reliability and availability. 6. Liaises with external parties regarding the supply of services to ensure world-class maintenance standards are achieved. 7. Ensures that the plant is monitored in keeping with approved programs so that informal technical, financial and management decisions can be made optimally. 8. Coordinates with other departments to ensure that the relevant E&M services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. 9. Ensures that an on-call system is developed and functional to support off-shift operations. 10. Conducts monthly meetings with staff to ensure that seamless communication and transfer of information is properly affected to Departmental staff. 11. Performs other job-related duties as assigned by Plant Manager.

4. SRO (Sr. Responsible Owner)-Asset Integrity -Pressure Systems Engineering & Maintenance Manager shall act as Senior Responsible Owner for asset integrity assurance for Civil structures, main activities include recognizing critical civil structures, conformance to engineering standards during design upgrades, perform civil structures inspection survey on regular basis
