Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architect or Civil Engineer with 2 years of professional experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will support the design, planning, and execution of construction projects while ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and client requirements. This role involves a mix of office-based design coordination and on-site technical supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of architectural or structural drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation. Support the development and review of project plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams for smooth execution. Participate in project meetings and assist in resolving technical issues. Review and interpret construction drawings and provide clarifications when needed. Track project milestones and assist with reporting and documentation. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards. Work with CAD, Revit, or other design software to produce detailed drawings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, architectural design, or project coordination. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other relevant design and project management software. Familiar with site procedures, material standards, and quality assurance practices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Fluent in English .

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in sustainable building practices or green certifications (LEED, Estidama, etc.). Familiarity with project scheduling tools like Primavera or MS Project. Basic understanding of MEP coordination.
