Position Summary: We are seeking a visionary Engineering Lead to spearhead our technical efforts, guide our development teams (both in-house and external freelancers), and collaborate closely with founders and product management. This individual must demonstrate strong technical expertise across modern front-end and back-end technologies. Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage Backend and Frontend engineering teams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Oversee management and coordination of outsourced developers and freelancers as needed.
• Actively participate in the recruitment and scaling of technical teams.
• Drive architectural decisions, choosing technologies that balance current product needs with future scalability.
• Collaborate closely with founders and product managers to rapidly ideate, prototype, and validate technical solutions.
• Outside of management actively participates in product development in the team.
• Foster an agile, flexible work culture conducive to experimentation and iterative improvements.
• Evaluate and potentially integrate advanced technologies, including AI and LLMs, to enhance our product capabilities (experience is a plus but not required).
