Job Description
Responsible For: The process of controlling the quality of engineering and manufacturing data across project phases, by
- creating and implementing a data philosophy and preparing data libraries at conceptual design phase
- manage the allocation, registration and checking consistency of data between different systems and different disciplines
- Developing and Implementation project data library using CFIHOS and ISO 15926.Industrial library
- Implement client and corporate Information specification
- Strong Knowledge on the concept of 2D & 3D engineering tools such as SPF, SPP&ID, PDMS, SP3D and SPI to manage the engineering 2D/3D drafting
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Management processes that enable consistency across the up-streaming EPC divisions.
- Coordinate with Document Controller(s) on efficient submission of documents from/to all project’s stakeholders to/from COMPANY at the agreed frequency.
- Preparation of project plan data deliverables and associated milestones.
- Strong hands-on experience in Data Visualization System’s Design, Implementation and Customization.
- Knowledge of best practices in communication across the project disciplines, ensuring regions are aligned with the global best practice in tools, data standards and workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering or information system
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in information management within the EPC
- Good people and communication skills
- Excel, access data basis and data manipulation
- Problem solving
- Good listener
- Quick learner
