of G+4 building projects. The engineer ensures the execution of structural and architectural works according to approved standards, codes, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of G+4 residential or commercial construction projects.
Approve and stamp structural drawings and documentation as per local authority requirements.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, codes, and permit requirements.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and regulatory authorities for drawing submissions, revisions, and approvals.
Supervise structural, architectural, and finishing works to meet design intent and specifications.
Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals.
Conduct periodic site inspections and report non-compliances with corrective actions.
Attend meetings with government authorities for inspections, submissions, and final clearances.
Lead the application process for building permits, construction NOCs, and completion certificates.
Maintain proper documentation of all approvals, inspections, and engineering records.
Qualifications & Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
(accredited by relevant authority).
Valid
G+4 License
issued by [e.g.,
Dubai Municipality
,
Trakhees
,
Abu Dhabi Municipality
, etc.].
Registered with local engineering council
(e.g., UAE Society of Engineers or equivalent).
Minimum
5-8 years
of experience in mid-rise building construction and supervision.
Proven experience with
G+4 structure design, supervision, and authority approvals
