Looking for a strongly customer-focused, self-driven and results-oriented Engineer - Full Stack for Presight!

The opportunity
As an Engineer - Full Stack, you will work within the development team to build the annotation platform on both sides front-end and back-end. Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects and Software Engineers to research, design, implement and improve functionalities of the annotation platform as part of a Big Data analytic system.

Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing front end website architecture.
• Develop functional server scripts to support applications on the back end.
• Develop and design RESTful services and APIs.
• Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
• Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability,scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.
• Keep job knowledge up to date by studying new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal and professional networks; participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have

• Strong computer science and basic algorithms knowledge.
• 3+ years of experience coding in Vanilla Javascript.
• 3+ years of experience coding in at least one backend language (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.).
• Knowledge of web fundamentals: HTML5/CSS3, protocols, modern web standards.
• Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency with SQL and its variation among popular databases.
• Experience with Elastic Stack.
• Experience in media operations in browser (Canvas, Audio and Video APIs).
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, etc).
• Strong knowledge about programming principles (SOLID).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs design.

Ideally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also need Experience with DevOps tasks like CI/CD Experience in cloud infrastructure and reliability engineering
