We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Inspection Engineer to oversee, monitor, and inspect construction/engineering projects in Dubai. The candidate must have a strong technical background, knowledge of Dubai Municipality and UAE construction regulations, and proven on-site inspection experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site inspections to ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor construction progress, workmanship, and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
Identify and report defects, non-compliance, and safety issues on site.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve technical issues.
Prepare inspection reports, daily site logs, and compliance documentation.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
Verify materials, equipment, and installations meet approved standards.
Assist in audits and handover inspections for completed works.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (depending on project scope).
Minimum 2
years of site inspection experience in Dubai/UAE

Strong knowledge of
Dubai Municipality, DM permits, DCD, and RERA regulations
.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple inspections and coordinate with diverse teams.
Certification in QA/QC or Health & Safety is an advantage.
