Strong in
system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting

Familiar with IP setup, VLAN, remote access, and OEM tools (Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, etc.).
2. Site Support & Execution
Acts as
first-level engineering lead
to support technicians and ensure quality execution.
Handles on-site system checks, client demos, and project handovers.
Reduces Project Manager's involvement in day-to-day technical issues.
3. Client Handling & Documentation
Confident in client communication during setup and issue resolution.
Prepares basic documentation: IP schemes, test reports, and config sheets.
Knowledge of
SIRA/ADMCC standards
preferred.
4. Other Skills
Good teamwork, reporting, and communication skills.
AutoCAD/Excel
knowledge is a plus.
UAE Driving License
preferred.
Immediate joiners will be prioritized.
