Job Description
- Direct development and implementation of the Maintenance Program for the Plant wide machinery and equipment which encompasses the following.
- Spare and tool management.
- Maintenance system and procedure.
- Equipment history
- Preparation of Purchase requisition.
- Maintenance Budget
- Ensure that all relevant report are conciliated and submittal to concerned superiors.
- Coordinate with training Department on relevant matter per training to staff’s for continuous professional development.
- Analyze about the day work and over performance through project in charge and Maintenance Incharge.
- Attend the management review meeting and convey the report to management also implement decision in department.
- Evaluate and analyzes equipment deficiency / abnormality and recommend specification, also implement management decision in department.
- Strictly observes all company safety, environment, house keeping and administrative rule and regulations in and around the work place.
- Ensure proper custodianship of equipment in area of responsibility.
- Ensure the performance of Electrical Maintenance and project Department
- Ensure all the technical requirement present and future are made available / created as per the process requirement.
- Ensure that all the Electrical equipments / spares purchased are technically suitable to the usage and efficient operation.
- Ensure that all the sub department coming under Electrical area working as profit centre.
- Comply at all times with the company procedures and operating policies
- To understand and follow the organizational HS&E policies.
- To follow safety instructions related to their jobs.
- To report damaged PPE, unsafe machines or equipment to concerned staff.
- To keep the provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
- To avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment and welfare facilities.
- To report any accidents, near misses or hazardous conditions to concerned responsible.
- To attend safety trainings planned for them.
- Having a right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.
