Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and oversee metal/aluminum fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Ensure production efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
Read, interpret, and prepare technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and project teams to meet deadlines.
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Maintain documentation of processes, reports, and production records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
Minimum 4 years of experience in metal fabrication, aluminum manufacturing, or a related field.
Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
Strong knowledge of metal/aluminum processes, welding, and fabrication techniques.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in project management and process optimization.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
